Pneumatic Trailer Mounted Air-to-Air Cooler

The B.T.I. air-to-air cooler is available as a universal kit that can install to any pneumatic dry bulk tank, regardless of manufacturer. The cooler kit includes the heat exchanger, electric fans, insulating bushings, fan switch, and thermometers.

The B.T.I. air-to-air cooler was developed and designed for pneumatic dry bulk tank trailers in the transport of heat-sensitive products such as sugar, plastic pellets, and resins.

The BTI trailer mounted air-to-air cooler system cools discharge air to approximately less than half of inlet temperature before the air enters the tank.  An automatic pressure sensor switch controls the fans, eliminating possible operator failure to activate the fans.

Part Number 251-058-000: standard air cooler, with 4-inch intake and discharge nozzles on side opposite fans.

Cooler 2

Part Number 251-059-000: optional air cooler, with 4-inch intake and discharge nozzles on same side as fans.
